They have great products that could make serious money but somethings lacking in their will to take advantage of their position. Corel needs to devote sometime to customer support and relations. A high quality/value product is worthless without customer support. But from where I stand it seems Corel lacks the ability/will power to put together a good customer support system. My guess is that Corel has more 'support' work than their few techs can handle. I've phoned Corel in the past and got good service. He waited for me to enter the codes and confirm that they worked. I outlined my problem and the tech sent me new codes for both computers.
I got lucky, I guess, but I got an almost instant reply. My problems was that I have two computers, 1 travel laptop and 1 work desk top, No amount of magic would allow me to enter the codes I was given. (I had the same issues with x5 as I did with x4 etc). I had all sorts of issues with activation of PSP.
